Join us as our next Payroll Specialist and own the end to end payroll function for your business units, providing accurate and timely process of attendance records against awards and agreements.

Located at our Parramatta office with flexible working available to split your time in the office and work from home you will report to the Payroll Manager and work collaboratively in a fast-pasted environment delivering exact payments to our employees.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Delivering end to end payroll using SAP.
- Identifying, and resolving discrepancies in timesheet and payroll records.
- Managing queries by providing high quality and timely customer service.
- Ensuring data integrity against policies, EBA/Award and legislation.
- Processing of termination calculations and payments.
- Supporting Year End process with monthly reconciliations to ensure year end is seamless.

**About you**:

- Well-developed end-to-end payroll processing experience.
- Exposure and knowledge of SAP.
- High level of attention to detail, initiative, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Provide exceptional customer service skills with focus on the employee as the customer.
- Flexible attitude to working hours to meet payroll deadlines and demand.
- Ability to learn quickly when facing new situations and open to change.
