**Cranbrook Care has an interesting opportunity for a Systems guru to join the team to work across a broad remit to optimise our System and Assets.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

An opportunity exists to join the small support team at our corporate office in North Sydney. You will lead and be working cohesively with two direct reports who will support you in this role. You will be part of a small innovative and dynamic team, dedicated to providing the best level of care and service to our residents. You will work with various stakeholders across the business, and will have an interesting day-to-day work life, where no two days are the same. There are plentiful opportunities to get out and visit our residences and support our teams.

You will provide high quality management and support in relation to our systems and be responsible for the strategic planning of systems and interfaces overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of ongoing projects. You will also be on the look-out for new system developments that may assist us in providing better resident care and support for our staff.

You will assist our team in the asset space by providing guidance and support for major failures, replacement planning and general assistance as required.

**ABOUT YOU**

To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Experience working with and administering a wide range of IT business systems, including business cases and implementations
- Experience managing outsourced IT provider and other contractors to ensure IT and systems have appropriate risk management practices in place.
- A Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline

Additionally, you will display proven:

- Leadership and team management skills including through influencing key stakeholders across the organisation
- Stakholder management and business process design
- Motivation, initiative and the ability to think outside the box
- Abilities to Innovative and deliver on those innovation ideas
- Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
- Financial acumen and can assess the best strategies, considering financial implications
- Experience in aged care an advantage
- Experience working in aged care building management is favourable, but not essential if you have a willingness to learn.

Although the hours are business hours Monday-Friday, there will be times when there are emergencies and other events that may occur after hours, including on weekends, which you will need to be able to assist with.
