**About the role and where you will be working**:
The Applicants Manager forms part of the Technology and Transformation lead team who together drive and support technology and transformation across the organisation.

This position is located at our Central Office in Rivervale and offers a flexible working arrangement.

**We’ll also be asking you to:

- **
- Facilitates strong working relationships with key stakeholders to support collaboration, the exchange of information and issues management.
- Changes are embedded and the business is supported through the change process
- Leads planning activities for Application Management requirements.
- Participates in and advises on business process design, implementation, and enhancement to business solutions.
- Provides advice during the assessment and analysis of technology projects in terms of their impact on existing business solutions.
- Effectively manage Compliance requirements for your team ensuring documentation is up to date.

**To be considered for this role, you’ll need**:

- Demonstrated experience and ability in building positive organisational culture by guiding, coaching, and developing people.
- Shown experience and ability in utilising conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
