**Description**:
**About the Role**:
In the role of Bid and Marketing Coordinator, you will play an important part in supporting Fleetwood Urban’s Marketing and Client Relations teams.
You will be responsible for coordinating, designing, writing, editing, and submitting high-quality bids and proposals that are in line with the corporate branding guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager with the coordination and execution of the marketing strategy.
**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**> Bid and Proposal Development**:
Develop and deliver professionally produced proposals within client-defined timeframes, ensuring adherence to branding and quality standards.
Consolidate and edit documents from team members for brand consistency, employing collaboration tools and best practices.
**> Social Media Management**:
Manage Fleetwood Urban’s owned social media channels including the development of the social media calendar, content curation, scheduling, responding to comments/messages in a timely manner, and monthly performance reporting.
**> Marketing Content Development**:
Work with the relevant stakeholders to develop a variety of high-quality marketing content (will include coordinating the development of copy, photography, and design).
**> Website and NPS Survey Coordination**:
Assist with website content updates and development of microsites.
Assist with the distribution of NPS surveys.
**Skills and Experiences**:
**About You**:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a bids or marketing role, or similar.
Experience working within the construction industry or similar will be highly regarded.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
Experience in copywriting with a keen eye for detail.
Creative mindset with an eye for design and proficient in using graphic design software (Adobe InDesign, etc.).
