**Description**:
Are you a seasoned HR professional with a passion for driving transformative change within organisations? Public sector specialists Osborne Richardson along with our Local Council client in Melbourne's south eastern suburbs is seeking a People Business Partner to join their team on an initial 2-month contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to executives and senior leaders on HR matters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at fostering a positive organisational culture.
- Drive transformational change programs to enhance employee engagement and performance.
- Manage a variety of HR functions including Employee Relations (ER), Organisational Development (OD), training, and recruitment.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven ability to confidently advise executives and senior leaders on HR strategies and best practices.
- Formal qualification in HR or related field is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in delivering transformational culture change programs is highly desirable.
- Extensive experience across various HR functions including ER, OD, training, and recruitment.
