The Opportunity

We have an unmissable opportunity for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager to join our close-knit team You will be a natural leader and oversee all operations and support and motivate your team

Your duties will include but not be limited to
- Implementing strategies to ensure superior service and quality are delivered to our guests
- Nurturing a positive working environment
- Meeting and exceeding KPI's and sales targets
- Maintaining safe and clean working conditions
- Working closely with management to ensure all business requirements are met

Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ Years of management experience
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Exceptional organization and leadership skills
- Great problem solver
- Must have computer skills and general knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Dependable and reliable
- Can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiently and resiliently
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Able to take initiative
- Proactive in approach
- Great energy and nurturing.
