Are you ready to lead one of Melbourne's premier venues? Australian Venue Co., a prominent hospitality group, is seeking an adept Venue Manager to steer the operations of one of our esteemed multifaceted venues.

As Venue Manager, you'll orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted, multi-level venue. We're in search of an individual with a proven track record in managing large capacity venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.
- Key Responsibilities:_
- Direct all facets of venue operations to ensure seamless service across multiple levels.
- Inspire and guide a diverse team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Develop and execute strategies to bolster revenue and enhance profitability.
- Uphold top-tier customer service standards, consistently surpassing guest expectations.
- Ensure adherence to licensing regulations and health and safety protocols.
- Requirements:_
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale venues within the hospitality sector: Venue’s with capacities of 800+
- Proven Venue Management experience within a pub setting.
- An avid interest/knowledge in both Local and International sporting events.
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, coupled with a passion for team development.
- Proficient financial acumen with a knack for data analysis to drive informed decisions.
- Hands-on approach with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Flexibility to accommodate weekends, late-night and early-morning shifts in line with operational requirements.
