Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality career? Melbourne's Iconic Esplanade Hotel is expanding its management team this summer, and we're on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join us

From an immersive Cantonese restaurant to one of the oldest music spaces in Melbourne, a hidden cocktail bar with amazing views of St Kilda pier, a public bar showing live sports, blues, and open mic in Espy basement bar & endless event and function spaces throughout, this 144yr old building has something for everyone

**Essential requirements**:

- 2+ year in a Management role
- Experience working in a high-volume venue
- Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
- Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
- Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment
- Has a passion for the industry and is committed to a successful career in hospitality
- Previous experience with H&L, Ivy & Seven rooms Desirable
- Current First Aid certificate desirable
- Must have a current RSA certificate
