**Primary Function**:
**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Exercises superior customer relationship management skills to develop industry leading customer connectedness, dependably delivering expert advice, with the goal of being regarded as a trusted advisor.
- Actively investigates customer environments to obtain an intimate understanding of the inner workings of the laboratory and workflows, with the goal of building a deep understanding of the customers' current status, future goals, business drivers and both technical and commercial pain points.
- Consultatively develops, tests, adjusts and optimizes solutions which utilize the full power of Agilent software products, closing customers consumption gaps and driving measurable improvement in customers scientific and economic outcomes, with the goal of embedding Agilent software features in laboratory workflows.
- Assists in the planning, communication, coordination and execution of complex technical enterprise level engagements, including Informatics, Compliance, Business Intelligence, Lab optimization, Customer Education and Applications Solutions portfolios, which grow Agilent’s market/wallet share and create strategic differentiators that lock out competitors.
- Actively assists customers with facilitation of wide scale change management within the scope of laboratory optimization projects.
- Collaborates internally across all business groups and engineering/science disciplines to advance the Enterprise Services Business.
- Is considered an expert in the relevant software for data acquisition and analysis (e.g. MassHunter acquisition, Quant analysis, Quant My Way, SDK, custom calculation macros and reporting scripts, OpenLab 2.x and ECM).
- Has deep knowledge of the relevant Agilent product portfolio.
- Minimum 4 years relevant industry experience in laboratory environment as a laboratory user.
- Superior customer relationship management skills, with a flair for consultative problem solving.
- Strong communication (listening, written, verbal and digital) and teamwork skills, within an organization and across organizations, as well as wide organizational awareness.
- Demonstrated ability to move forward in the face of adversity and provide leadership, vision, drive and innovation to complex situations. Project Management experience is preferred.
