Application Consultant

SignUp Software continues to grow, and we are seeking a talented Application Consultant to join our team in Australia. The role is perfect for you who want to work at a fast-growing, successful global Cloud Software company.

**Role Overview**

As an Application Consultant, you will facilitate the successful implementation of our clients’ ExFlow systems, including offsite and on-site work. You will be encouraged and expected to develop your professional skills and competencies. Your expertise in understanding customer requirements, technical feasibility, and project management will be essential.

**Responsibilities**
- Delighting our clients with exceptional customer service
- Pre-sales assistance when required
- Implementation planning and the delivery of value-added work, to scope, deadline and budget
- Running client workshops on business processes, business requirements and system design
- Business and systems analysis and documentation
- Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality
- Production of design, system, user and procedural documentation
- Provide ExFlow training to both internal and external clients
- Liaising with on-shore and off-shore development teams to deliver robust solutions on time
- Design and execution of data migration strategies
- Go-live and post-live support

**Technical Skills & Experience**
- 5+ years of Finance experience (preferable Accounts Payable area)
- Previous experience of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations software
- Good listening skills, with the ability to quickly resolve problems, action solutions with the ability to work under pressure.
- Understanding and assimilating information from various sources
- Being able to recognise and deal with conflict or sensitive situations
- Commercial awareness and total dedication to delivering maximum return on investment for our clients.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a team-based consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience implementing ExFlow for Dynamics Finance and Operations
- Accounting qualifications are of great benefit but not necessarily essential

- Fluency in English both written and verbal
- Strong team-leading skills including the ability to support other team members in achieving their objectives
