What you'll do
This position is for an Associate M365 Consultant with a background in Business Applications - Business Analysis and Process improvements using the Power Platform and wider M365 Stack. The role is to work in Microsoft technologies, focusing on the latest versions of Microsoft 365, with some exposure to Azure and supporting technologies building digital workplaces.
Combining client facing consulting capabilities with hands-on solution delivery, our consultants liaise with clients, agile software development teams and user experience designers to ensure our solutions are beautifully designed and effectively delivered. Your business insight and thought leadership, will enable you to solve high profile, real-world business problems with outstanding results.
Responsibilities:
- Work in close partnership with Lead consultant and project manager to successfully deliver customer engagements from start to finish, including supporting project planning activities, owning relevant deliverables, facilitating client workshops, owning streams of work within the project, calling out any project risks, and delivering the project within budget.
- Working with our customers to define, articulate the customer pain point to ensure we address our customers challenge.
- Gather customer requirements, workshops and discovery sessions to ensure we illicit the current process/workflow challenges
What you'll bring
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated technical knowledge of M365 ecosystem with a strong background in Power Platform
- Demonstrated experience in project delivery and consulting - e.g. business discovery & analysis, requirements gathering, solution architecture, workshop facilitation, risk management, training facilitation & asset creation, user story creation, testing and UAT etc
- Low-code/no code development skills
- Self-management skills (we do not micromanage) e.g. ability to learn new skills and develop strength, seek and provide feedback in a truly collaborative team environment.
- Min 1 years working specifically within the Microsoft technologies (essential)
- Certifications in Microsoft technologies including Power Platform, Azure, SharePoint etc. (highly regarded - we will help get these if you have the willingness to learn)
