**The Role**
- Symbion has a fantastic opportunity for a self-motivated, driven **Program Specialist** to join the Marketing & Programs team.
- Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Programs, you will be responsible for the development and growth of the Pharmacy Choice and healthSAVE member programs, driving member engagement, and developing compelling internal and member communications across multiple platforms.

**What you will do**:

- Grow the Pharmacy Choice and healthSAVE Pharmacy groups through development of leading programs and retail execution;
- Create and deliver clear, engaging communications to internal and external stakeholders across multiple platforms;
- Drive the on-going development and execution of digital platforms;
- Develop and manage group events for pharmacy members;
- Plan and execute strong Trade Marketing and program collateral;
- Develop and execute new and improved member tools and services;
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships;
- Improve processes for smooth administration of programs.

**What we are looking for**:

- Marketing / Communications experience;
- Experience working in a health-based membership program, B2B services or retail support environment;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with excellent planning and time-management;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail;
- Excellent internal and external stakeholder engagement with positive can-do attitude;
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team;
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or Business preferred.
