The Operations team partners with the diverse areas of our College to ensure we deliver successful educational and commercial outcomes. Our Program Manager will play a key role in managing the delivery business projects within Monash College’s project portfolio.

**About your next role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader to join our team at Monash College.

Working as part of our Operations business unit and reporting to the Executive Director, Operations Support, this is an exciting opportunity for someone with the enthusiasm and drive to deliver strategic projects and programs of work. With the ability to think laterally and analytically, you will have extensive experience in managing projects and have proven ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

**Your background and experience**:
Your recent experience in a similar position or environment will see you hit the ground running. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to diversify their experience in a new environment. You are motivated, delivery focused and have strong attention to detail. Ideally you will have:

- Minimum 5 years' project management experience.
- Experience managing multiple and competing projects or program of work and have had direct relationships with C level executives and senior stakeholders
- Experience in managing IT projects delivering vendor managed software solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to develop appropriate options for resolution.
- Experience with integration of technical, environmental and human aspects of project and/or solution design activities, and balance conflicting requirements on a wide range of platforms and technologies.

Your leadership experience will allow you to support a high performing and fast-paced team to deliver against team and College priorities.
