Are you an experienced Night Duty Hotel Manager looking for your next career move? We require a professional who is customer-focused and will oversee our hotel operations. You will be accountable for collecting monies, budgeting, planning and coordinating all hotel services, such as front-of
- house, food and beverage operations and housekeeping as well as evaluating the hotel’s performance.

Your typical duties will include but won't be limited to:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the hotel operations
- Be accountable for collecting monies, budgeting, planning and coordinating all hotel services, such as front-of-house, food and beverage operations and housekeeping
- Evaluating the hotel's performance

Main Tasks
- Direct all personnel including receptionist, kitchen staff, and office employees
- Plan accommodation, catering and other hotel services and allocate responsibilities to staffwith the object to achieve the most efficient operating model
- Overseeing the maintenance of hotel facilities including property, gardens and security
- Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
- Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies
- Managing and confirming reservation details and accounts for in-house guests details ensuring all details are recorded accurately
- Checking in and out guests as required as well as respond to guest enquires, complaints and requests in a timely manner and to maximize customer satisfaction
- Ensuring an effective handover of issues is conveyed at the start and end of each shift between Night Duty Hotel Manager and General Manager and Reception
- Collect payments and maintain records of budgets, funds, and expenses
- Managing daily reconciliation of hotel outlets and completing daily revenue postings
- Maintaining relevant paperwork, such as preparing and distributing relevant reports to each department
