**About the Role**
Supporting our Retail Banking Division, an opportunity has become available to join BOQ Group as Retail Communications Specialist
- Effectively and efficiently deliver banker and customer communications in alignment with the Group, Retail Bank and Communications, Change and Continuous Improvement team strategies
- Execute the Retail Communications Plan to engage customer-facing teams across the Retail Bank by crafting and delivering consistent, predictable messages through established communications channels
- Support the creation of programs, materials and coaching to support leaders to influence positive change adoption through the Bank’s transformation journey
- Support the delivery of engaging and impactful communications campaigns aligned to the change and transformation calendar
- Bring creativity and innovation to the development of communications materials and experiences tailored to each of our distinct brand personas and fit-for-purpose for each of our varied customer-facing teams
- Support execution of the Retail Bank’s customer and banker incident communications response plan, including participation in the 24/7 on-call roster
- Consistently measure engagement and impact
- Coach peers across the bank to uplift communications
- Work collaboratively to be an enabler of communications and engagement between teams across the bank

**About you**
- Experience working in a retail or service industry.
- Proven experience or knowledge in creating high quality communications materials tailored to their audience.
- Awareness of the importance of measuring impact and using data and insights to drive decision-making.
- Tertiary or industry qualification in Communications, Journalism or Marketing related fields will be viewed favourably.
- Success in managing a broad variety of tasks with competing priorities.
- Desire to gain experience in a fast-paced, complex environment.
