**Your Team**:
The Group Compliance team is accountable for the development, implementation, delivery and ongoing continuous improvement of the Group’s Enterprise Compliance Framework and processes, and to ensure the Group and its brands maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations, Group Values and Policies and general community expectations.

**Your Role**:
Our Product Compliance Specialists are responsible for partnering with our brands to bring the Group Compliance framework and strategy to life and assure that Australian and New Zealand legal and regulatory compliance is achieved throughout the product lifecycle.

This includes:

- Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve existing processes
- Delivering reliable advice and training to business partners across a broad range of products, with specific focus on product safety and standards, consumer law, dangerous goods and intellectual property.

You will have direct responsibility for:

- Working with the divisional merchandising and marketing teams to take appropriate action to remedy actual and potential breaches of policies, laws and regulations
- Ensuring product safety/quality inspection and testing activities are being conducted in line with the Group policies and procedures
- Supporting group-wide implementation and maintenance of an industry best practice product compliance management system and ensuring that it is consistently followed

**About You**:
You will be highly knowledgeable when it comes to consumer products and the manufacturing industry and be able to expertly build rapport with a diverse set of stakeholders at all levels of our business. Your extensive and diverse skillset will include:

- Experience in a Safety/Quality role for consumer products in Retail or Manufacturing
- Confident communicator that allows you to educate and influence stakeholders
- Proven attention to detail with a consistently analytical approach
- A knowledge of mandatory and voluntary product standards plus quality assurance principles including an ability to conduct risk assessments

**Location**

This role is based in our Strathpine office in Brisbane with flexibility to work from home.
