Lending Specialist - Retail Lending - Brisbane North - Permanent, full time - $75k - $85k (inc. super)

This Lending Specialist position is with a well-established Australian Bank that offer that offer a range of Retail Banking products, and is based North Brisbane.

**Your new role**
Lending Specialists take accountability for Home Lending (e.g. home, investment, and construction loans) within their designated area. They proactively contribute to growth through needs-based member contact, timely and professional advice, exceptional service delivery and ongoing relationship management.

Lending Specialists also undertake generalist branch activities (e.g. process counter transactions) that result in the achievement of performance targets across a variety of measures (including sales outcomes, portfolio growth, member experience, quality and compliance, and service delivery).

As such, Lending Specialists will also promote and sell new memberships, deposit products, travel products, and general insurance.

- Strong customer service & relationship management skills
- Proven Lending experience
