As a People Coordinator and Contractor Care Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our people have an exceptional experience throughout their journey with us.
**Responsibilities**
Contractor Care
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our contractors, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, providing ongoing support and guidance.
- Ensure contractors have the necessary resources and tools to perform their roles effectively.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for contractors, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Actively identify opportunities to improve the contractor experience and implement appropriate initiatives.
People Coordination
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and files.
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including scheduling interviews and preparing offer letters.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees, tracking attendance and providing logístical support.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
**About you**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
