**About the role**

As the Customer & Contractor Compliance Coordinator with Origin Zero, you will monitor the performance, adherence to regulations and contractual obligations of Trade Service Providers and 3rd Party Suppliers and will administer the necessary documentation and processes to support efficient assurance activities with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards. Reporting to the Group Leader - Customer & Contractor Field Operations, you will prepare timely reports for the Field Operations team highlighting contractor performance, compliance status and concerns to ensure the effective delivery of renewable project installations. We are looking for an exceptional communicator with proven experience in using multiple compliance systems in the Energy or Trades.

**Duties**
- Regularly monitor and evaluate contractor activities to ensure compliance with laws, regulations and industry standards
- Manage the storage and monitoring of contractor compliance against Origin directives and HSE systems such as licencing and inductions
- Review and follow up on contractor documentation including permits, licences, insurance certificates and safety records to verify compliance
- Prepare accurate and timely reports and maintain organised records for audit purposes
- Maintain and update asset records relating to CES hot water metering assets
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, streamline workflows and implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

**Skills & Experience**
- Similar experience in Contractor Compliance monitoring and reporting preferably in the energy sector or within the Trades industry
- Experience manipulating reports using Microsoft Excel and the ability to work across multiple systems
- Ability to work autonomously communicating clearly with remote stakeholders
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
- Passion for renewable energy future with an understanding of energy markets
