Twelve are an independent interior and graphic design studio based in London. We specialise in creative retail solutions for blue-chip clients based across Europe and Australia.

Job brief

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Marketing Specialist **based in Sydney to market our brand and promote Twelve throughout Australia. You will be wholly responsible for our marketing strategy, it’s development and execution.

A competent, self-starting professional, you will have an appreciation of the market, behaviour trends and innovations. You will also be well-versed in the creative process, client requirements and our competitors.

The goal is to create and deliver an effective marketing plan which will raise awareness of our offer, target specific brands and businesses and generate new business meetings. The overall objective is to increase income in AUS/NZ and eventually build a local team to facilitate the workload.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create, manage and evolve a marketing plan for Twelve
- Own and deliver marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas

(content development and optimisation, advertising, attending events etc.)
- Collaborate with external Marketing professionals to coordinate brand awareness and generate leads
- Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to learn and help shape future marketing strategies

Requirements and skills
- Have a proven employment history as a Marketing Specialist for a design studio with a client base of large retail organisations - specifically food retail
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.)
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite &
- Knowledge of Wordpress or other CMS experience
- Well-organised, detail oriented, delivering programs on-time and within budget
- Exceptional communication and writing skills
- Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
- Energy, positivity and willingness to continually learn
- Passion for design, branding and large food retail environments
- A degree in marketing
- We need a knowledgeable individual to autonomously deliver this role therefore 8+ years’ experience is required
- Full Time Contract plus superannuation
- 22 days annual leave plus public holidays. In addition we usually close the studio between Christmas and New Year
