**Your New Role**

We are searching for a Graudate Client Services Associate to join the distribution and marketing team. The role will primarily focus on supporting financial planners and investors with their daily online and telephone enquiries, all related administrative matters and supporting our Business Development staff with their client activity.

Key tasks will include:

- Lead internal client services by responding to registry system and online/ telephone enquiries
- Respond to registry-type requests such as valuations and investment statements
- Arranging client appointments on behalf of the wholesale business development team
- Maintenance of our client database
- Assistance with event management including our annual national roadshow

**About You**

Graduates are welcome to apply. You will ideally have 1-2 years of industry experience and hold a relevant Finance, Commerce or Business degree qualification. You will also have
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Customer service focus and excellent communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
