Our client is now seeking an ambitious Graduate Client Associate to join their Graduate Program, with a focus on helping their growing their Australian business.

**About you**:

- Bachelor degree
- Excellent customer service skills, experience is desirable
- Innovative individual with a can do attitude
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An innovative problem solver with a can-do attitude

**The role**:

- Work alongside the Strategic Sales and Solution Professionals to help improve their pre-sales customer experience for enterprise and government customers
- Build a direct relationship with customers and provide support on upselling and new service requests
- Learn to understand the customer’s business, their objectives and in time be able to identify new opportunities to help them solve business problems
- Attend industry networking events with our Sales team, following up with any connections made
- Work as part of a larger team to pull together compelling renewal proposals
