**Position**:
We are currently seeking a **Japanese Speaking** **Tour Coordinator** to join our busy Japanese Inbound (Planning & Marketing) Team based on the Gold Coast. This is an excellent opportunity to get experience and succeed.

Due to expansion and an increase in bookings since Covid, we are currently recruiting for the position of Tour Coordinator for our Group section.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotes and tour packages for clients in Japan;
- Make attractive proposal to JTB Japan as well as other outbound tour company in Japan
- Maintain good supplier relations and negotiate prices with Australian providers;
- Process travel bookings in the system;
- Brief tour guides and ensure smooth running of tours; attend tour and meet and greet if required
- Advise JTB Japan on Australian tourism attractions and prepare product information;
- Provide general support to other team members.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Fluent spoken and written Japanese language skills (professional level);
- Knowledge of Australian tourism attractions;
- Ability to learn booking systems;
- Customer service skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Travel industry experience.
