**Role Overview**

We’re seeking a friendly and reliable **Bus Driver / Tour Guide** to join our ballooning crew. You’ll be responsible for picking up passengers from their accommodation, providing entertaining and informative commentary during the journey, and ensuring a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience from hotel pickup to balloon launch—and back again.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely operate a passenger vehicle (25 seater Mitsubishi Rosa) to pick up and drop off guests at designated locations.
- Provide light-hearted and informative commentary about the local area, ballooning experience, and flight logistics.
- Assist with the safe transfer of passengers to the balloon launch site and into the balloon basket.
- Liaise with balloon pilots and crew to coordinate timing and passenger flow.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and well-being of all passengers throughout the experience.
- Represent the company professionally and positively at all times.
- Assist with basic setup or pack-down tasks if needed (training provided).

**About You**
- Hold a current, valid **LR or MR license** with a clean driving record.
- Hold or be willing to obtain a **Driver Accreditation/Authority** to carry passengers (as per state/territory regulations).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to entertain and engage.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable with early morning starts (pre-dawn shifts).
- Friendly and calm under pressure with a strong focus on safety and service.
- Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or guiding is a plus—but not essential.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $24.95 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week
