My client is expanding their Collections team. Seeking experienced Credit Collections Analyst to join on a permanent basis to manage a portfolio of customers.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a large manufacturing company that operate nationally. There is an opening for a Credit Collections Analyst. You will be assigned a customer portfolio of accounts and you will be responsible for building good rapport with customers, understanding their business payment cycles, proactively contact them when invoices are issued and maintaining contact until payments are made.

**YOUR DUTIES**:

- Proactive debt collection using various techniques
- Establish good relationships with external stakeholders
- Ensure payments are made in accordance with payment terms
- Collect overdue payments
- Calculate cash forecasts
- Identify claims
- stock, freight, pricing etc and investigate
- Reconcile accounts on a weekly basis, identifying missing payments
- Develop action plans to resolve credit issues
- Resolution of aged overdue and disputed items

**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong relationship management experience
- Knowledge of accounts receivable desirable
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communicator - written and verbal
- Intermediate Word and Excel
