**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
PERSOLKELLY have partnered with a large manufacturing company that operate nationally. There is an opening for a Credit Collections Team Leader. This role will manage a team of Collections Analysts to ensure the collection of receivables for a portfolio of high value customers, minimizing overdue debt.

**YOUR DUTIES**:

- Proactive debt collection
- Effective cash planning and calculating forecasts
- Ensure payments are made within agreed payment terms
- Reconciliation of open items in identified accounts
- 1st point of escalation for collections and credit risk issues. Seek assistance from National Credit Manager or Credit Risk Manager if required
- Utilise the support of the Sales team to resolve invoice issues
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Manage workflow
- Build and maintain a high performing team. Coach new and existing team members to develop a deep understanding of products, systems and processes

**PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Strong relationship management experience
- Accounting qualification desirable
- 3+ years experience in a similar role
- Thorough knowledge of credit risk, balance sheet analysis, credit research systems and procedures
- Excellent communicator - written and verbal
- Effective Team Leader
