**Who we are looking for**

An experienced Product Manager who wants to work on an exciting and evolving financial product. You will be working within a multidisciplinary squad of engineers, designers, and operations people to shape new features and discover the next iteration of the InvestorHub product. **You have**
- 2+ years experience with product exploration and go to market proposition, product design, product planning and development
- Experience in Digital Product Management with Fintech Startup experience highly regarded
- Experience working on a Zero to One product or Feature from ideation to delivery ideally at a global scale
- Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth
- Ability to manage difficult tradeoffs such as long-term product vision and short-term growth requirements
- Ability to thrive in data-driven, cross functional teams that can move ideas to reality in very short periods of time
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey product strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in any of the following is a plus: hyper-growth startup environments, software engineering, financial product industry

**You will**
- Develop a thorough ‘customer needs’ understanding across customer segments, regions and propositions through direct customer interviews, competitor analysis and deep data analysis
- Collaborate directly with the product and strategic partnership teams to translate ‘customer needs’ into an effective and market-leading product and commercial strategy
- Deliver great product and experiences to market in close collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, legal, pricing with the right feedback loops to learn and pivot our product
- Leverage first principles problem solving skills to develop InvestorHub’s strategic ‘big product bets’ that is required to grow our business and unlock additional use cases
- Embed robust ways of working, best practices and capabilities across product, commercial and strategy teams to deliver on initiatives effectively
- Communicate key recommendations to senior stakeholders including the CEO, CPO, and other key product leaders

**What success looks like**

In the first month, you will.
- Get up to speed on the current product, our roadmap, and vision
- Become familiar with the capital markets space to gain a deeper understanding of what our clients needs are and the challenges they face
- Get to know the team, see our process in action, and uncover your ongoing role as part of our master plan

In the first year, you will
- Contribute to the product roadmap by shaping multiple features
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to take an ideation to production
- Determine the future of a released feature through a keep / kill / iterate workshop

**The team**

The product team is made up of several small, multi-disciplinary squads. These squads are focused on solving a specific problem. To achieve this the team starts with a hypothesis and builds, tests, and iterates based on their findings. In these teams, everyone is expected to be a problem solver first. You will be in an environment that is dedicated to learning and growth. While squads are able to act autonomously, we are an incredibly supportive product team and you will be supported by the organization at large.

We operate in a hybrid office/remote setup, allowing a balance between WFH and coming into the Melbourne CBD office a couple of times a week to foster collaboration and team building.
