The Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra) works in partnership with 15 National Boards to implement the national regulatory scheme for health professionals. The purpose of health practitioner regulation is to protect the public by ensuring that only health practitioners who have the skills, qualifications and knowledge to provide safe care are registered.

The ERP (Enterprise resource planning) Systems Analyst supports the ERP team and systems in the day to day operations of the Unit4 Business World ecosystem. The role will be the first point of contact for all support and development calls, resolution of incidents, the continual monitoring of live systems, the processing of trouble tickets related to defects and incidents and the actioning of access and service requests. The role will manage the resolution of business as usual tasks, as well as the escalation of priority items, and will provide the opportunity to learn all aspects of ERP implementation and development.

- Provide active, hands-on participation in ERP operations activities
- Monitor help desk events and take appropriate control action to address the events
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
- Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation
