The Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile BI & IT Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing impactful business reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will also provide essential support for our Epicor iScala ERP system, ensuring seamless business operations. In addition, you will assist end users with IT support needs—including laptops, mobile devices, and networking issues, helping to keep both our data and technology environments running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include;

· Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff, providing support and maintenance for existing systems.

· Utilize Advanced Excel, Power BI, and business analytics to support decision-making.

· Work with SQL Server; experience with Iscala is highly regarded.

· Maintain and implement hardware and software management systems.

· Apply strong analytical thinking and numerical skills to solve problems.

· Troubleshoot network and internet issues efficiently.

· Collaborate effectively as a team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

· Provide high-level IT support to both on-site and remote staff.

· Create and maintain documentation for business processes, IT systems, and operational procedures.

The Candidate

· Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

· years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.

· Proficiency in developing reports and dashboards with Power BI is essential.

· Strong experience writing SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation.

· Experience providing support for an ERP system (Epicor iScala is a plus, but not mandatory).

· A solid understanding of business processes, such as Order-to-Cash (O2C).

· Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.

· Familiarity with data modelling concepts.

· Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

· Knowledge of other business systems like Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
