Specializing in the procurement, development, manufacturing, filling and packing of beauty and cosmetics products, we are passionate about cosmetics and beauty, and committed to offering superior and value-added services, such as product development, custom formulation and manufacturing solutions.
Our state-of-the-art facility has been built in strict accordance with TGA, GMP, ISO9001:2015, ISO 22716:2007 regulations and to meet the standard of a 100,000-purification factory. This ensures we have a superior clean production environment in our facility. In addition, we have sourced the world's leading automated production equipment which greatly enhances our production efficiency, saving on our client's time and costs.

ABOUT THE POSITION
SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization, and maintenance of all the ERP and IT systems and business system solutions. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology capabilities, ensuring systems are aligned with organizational objectives, and stakeholders are adequately supported throughout ERP and IT system lifecycles.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ERP and related IT systems.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Assist in the implementation, configuration, and testing of ERP modules and enhancements.
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal technical teams to ensure system solutions meet business expectations.
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements leveraging ERP capabilities.
- Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP system issues.
- Monitor data integrity and ensure accurate reporting from business systems.
- Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and status reports for IT/ERP initiatives.
- Support change management efforts by promoting user adoption and process understanding.
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or related discipline.
- ERP or business systems certification is desirable (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a business analyst or ERP support role, ideally within manufacturing or distribution.
- Demonstrated knowledge of ERP systems and integration with other business functions.
- Experience with data mapping, business process modelling, and user documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence/reporting tools.
- Project management or coordination experience is an advantage.
