This position provides customer service support to all business and franchise workers while overseeing the daily operations of the company's IT.
**The Company**
Our client is a 100% Australian-owned, family-run business that has been in business for over 70 years and specialises in the design, production, distribution, and installation of aftermarket undercar parts. Currently, they operate more than 120 stores and authorised dealerships throughout Australia, with an international distribution network that operates in Europe, North America, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. Through their work with private labels, fleet, mining, and defence clients, they also support and provide services for other brands in Australia and around the world.
**The Role**
You will also be in charge of overseeing BAU customer engagement to SLA (including triage and resolution SL's) and agreed-upon satisfaction metrics, as well as providing team coaching and enhancing customer service for responsible platforms and systems, and manage relationships and requirement facilitation with key stakeholders across the business to ensure platforms and systems are managed appropriately and to business requirements, ensuring key stakeholders are kept informed of key initiatives regularly including platform innovation to meet future business requirements.
**Your Profile**
Previous experience required to carry out this role:
- 3-5 years' experience supporting BAU customer support in ICT operations.
- 3-5 years' experience supporting cloud ERP and HCMS solutions (SaaS)
in mid-tier (500+ seats) organisations
- Experience dealing with difficult customers and suppliers.
- Automotive industry experience preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service focused attitude with resource, workload and time management skills.
- Well-developed stakeholder and relationship management skills.
- Expert knowledge of relevant ICT platform systems.
- Ability to juggle the demands of complex projects.
