Seeking a Credit & Collections Officer to assist in managing the credit and collections process within a leading Media organisation. You will be responsible for evaluating creditworthiness, establishing credit limits, collecting outstanding payments, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.

**Your day-to-day**:

- Assess the creditworthiness of new and existing customers by reviewing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant information
- Determine appropriate credit limits based on risk assessment and company guidelines
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely and accurate payment collection
- Contact customers to address overdue payments, resolve disputes, and negotiate payment plans
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies or billing issues, working closely with the sales and customer service teams
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, payment history, and collection efforts
- Collaborate with the finance and sales teams to develop and implement credit and collection strategies
- Provide regular reports on collection activities, delinquency rates, and customer credit profiles

**Who you are**:

- SAP experience is highly desirable for this role
- Experience in an FMCG or fast-paced environment desirable
- Proven experience in credit analysis, collections, or a similar role
