**Your new company**
This global business is currently seeking a Credit Controller to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a dynamic individual with a strong credit background. Based in Brisbane City, the office is easily accessible by public transport and is surrounded by a variety of lunch time dining options.
**Your new role**
Reporting to the Credit Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
- Follow up with customers on outstanding accounts
- Allocating payments
- Processing of customer claims
- Preparing monthly reports
- Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
**What you'll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you will need to meet the following requirements:
- Experience in a similar Credit position
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships
- Ability to problem solve and to provide analytical insight
- Demonstrated ability to work to tight deadlines with strong attention to detail
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills
