Based at our North Ryde office, the Credit Officer is responsible for taking full responsibility for their own ledger including day to day management of a portfolio of Customers, and escalating issues as appropriate to the Credit Team Leader

.

The Credit Officer will ensure effective management of Boral's credit risk and cash flow, ensuring timely and accurate collections and allocations. The role will extend to identify and participating in continuous improvements in credit processes, procedures, and credit systems, with an emphasis on good risk management and process improvemen

t.

Collection of overdue monies, including maintaining collection records, account reconciliation, daily payment allocation, review of credit limits and actioning of accounts that exceed credit l
- imitsFollow up and resolution of customer queries and issues as they arise, ensuring escalation as appropr
- iate.Masterfile Maintenance including, activation and de-activation of accounts and updating customer
- data.Providing accurate and timely reports on the credit performance and exposure to the business as reque
- sted.Identify and report on credit related issues in a timely fashion for process improve
- ment.Identify and report process gaps and participate in continuous improvement opportuni
