**Opportunity**:
We are looking for a Resource Coordinator to join our team, who is detail orientated, excels under pressure, and can work autonomously or as part of a team. Use your exceptional communication & interpersonal skills to support the team, clients, and care providers whilst under understanding the challenges of balancing a busy workload with exceptional client care.

**Role**:
The Resource Coordinator is responsible for rostering teams of community-based staff and scheduling client visits to deliver best care. This role works in alignment with a range of program requirements working in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders as part of the client journey.

The roles are Full Time rotating across 7 days, 365 days - Public Holidays included between the hours of 0530 - 2100.

- Be agile and adaptable to workflow changes
