As a
**Customer Employment Support Manager (CESM) **in our
**Disability Employment Services** team, you will be leading a team of customer service professionals that work with disadvantaged job seekers to assist them in finding and maintaining secure employment.
**The role**:
- Strive to achieve excellent results by creating opportunities for our customers
- Prepare customers for work through job search support, training, work experience and other vocational activities
- Engage with the community as an advocate for WISE
- Generate new and repeat business through the creation and maintenance of positive customer relationships
- Work closely with customers and employers to find and place people in a role
- Manage the claims process at site level, ensuring that all relevant information is collated, reviewed and submitted. that suits them
- Ensure strong governance of contractual requirements in line with WISE Policy and Procedures
- Engage, motivate and mentor staff
- Ability to work to KPI's
- Management reporting and administration

**About you**:
- A demonstrated ability to manage operations within a business
- Ability to create and drive positive and highly engaged teams
- The ability to build successful relationships with external stakeholders and build an effective profile in the local labour market
- A demonstrated ability to foster and deliver a customer centric service
- An understanding of effective IWS (PPS and OGS) and contract compliance
- Highly developed planning, co-ordination, administration and time management skills
- Advanced communication, negotiation and influencing skills
- High-level problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, think creatively and opportunities for resolution
- Demonstrated qualities of compassion and empathy with a commitment to a customer-centric workplace culture
- Have the right to work in Australia, satisfy requirements of National Police Check and Working with Children Check requirements.
- Double vaccinated against COVID 19
- Hold a current Driver's License
