**CONCIERGE AND AV SUPPORT SPECIALIST**

**THE CLIENT**

We have an exciting internal role representing a leading bank and financial services provider who are dedicated to delivering exceptional service for their customers. With a focus on professionalism, innovation and seamless service delivery, they are seeking an enthusiastic Concierge and Audio-Visual (AV) Support Specialist.

**THE ROLE**

As a Concierge and AV Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that corporate events and facilities run smoothy. From managing conference room bookings to providing technical support during events - your eye for detail and strong communication skills will assist in delivering a world-class experience for clients and stakeholders alike. You will be based in the heart of Docklands and rewarded handsomely for your efforts

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Attend daily stand-up meetings - coordinating with reservation and reception to manage conference room bookings effectively
- Act as a liaison between the Client Services team and external vendors to launch events
- Greet conference participants and ensure their needs are met during their visit
- Manage the Concierge and AV team between two buildings - ensuring optimal service coverage
- Communicate with clients effectively to understand their space & AV requirements for events - setting up and breaking down rooms according to those specifications
- Conduct pre-event system tests and report technical issues to vendors or service agents
- Handle day-to-day troubleshooting and issue resolution across AV systems
- Prepare stakeholder reports and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
- Provide AV support for executive events and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise
- Willingness to work outside standard business hours to support events as and when required - occasionally assisting the concierge team with non-AV tasks such as furniture setups or catering

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3+ years' experience in a similar concierge/AV support role - preferably within a large, corporate environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
- Familiarity with Agile workplace framework methodologies and environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a professional and courteous demeanour
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Ability to think logically, demonstrate innovative thinking & collaborate effectively
- Technical systems experience/background will be highly regarded
- Knowledge of AV equipment, video conferencing systems and platforms desired
- Possess a growth mindset with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
- Flexible availability to cover service needs as and when needed
