The Role

As an Audio-Visual Technician, you'll be part of the team that brings our events such as live, virtual, and hybrid, to life.

You'll handle everything from daily AV setup in the office to running high-impact productions in front of thousands.

This role is perfect for someone early in their AV or event production career who wants to grow, learn, and be hands-on in a fast-paced, creative environment. You'll work closely with our Production and Events teams to make sure every technical detail is covered and every event looks and sounds incredible.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Set up, operate, and pack down AV equipment for live, virtual, and internal events
  • Manage and maintain AV inventory, keeping everything organised and event-ready
  • Operate cameras, microphones, projectors, and soundboards during events
  • Troubleshoot IT and AV issues quickly to keep shows running smoothly
  • Collaborate with the Production and Event teams to ensure flawless execution
  • Provide on-the-job technical support and assistance to crew and staff
  • Track all equipment post-event and ensure compliance with safety standards
  • Stay curious and up to date with the latest in AV and tech trends
