**Scope of Work: Video Panel Trouble shooting**

First panel group that it not functioning has no working power supplies. The frame will pass power to the next frames in the chain, but will not power its own power supplies. Have replaced all 3 power supplies in the frame, no power supplies are functioning. Have measure 240v at the input to the power supply, but no voltage on output. The 3 supplies that were replaced were brand new straight out of the box from a stack of spares. Issue lies with rear central spine to the panel bank not passing through power. No spares present.

This is what is left over after power supplies have been swapped over/replaced
