**About the Company**

Operating as a highly respected FMCG manufacturing organisation, our client is one of the world's leading manufacturers and is well known for its excellence in operations.
Due to ongoing project work, our client is seeking a
** Project Planner/ Scheduler**
**(PART TIME)** to to be responsible for project planning and scheduling activities for approved major new projects on site.

**About the Opportunity**

Reporting to the Senior Projects Manager, key duties include the following:

- Develop schedules to facilitate to achieving project timelines.
- Coordinate work with design & build functions.
- Effectively liaise with contractors & commissioning & qualification team team to ensure completed documentation.
- Review master scheduling activities with all project teams members including the necessary amendments.
- Review planning & scheduling documentation & identify key risks & issues.
- Produce relevant weekly/monthly reports on all major planning & scheduling activities.

**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical)
- Project planning & scheduling activities.
- **Sound Primavera P6 & MS Project skills including Excel**.
- Strong analytical, negotiation & planning skills.
- Well developed interpersonal & communication skills.
- Sound relationship building skills.
- Sound understanding of project delivery life cycle.
- Ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
