We get it, you may not have worked in a call centre before, and you may not know what to expect. That’s okay We will support you every step of the way. As the first point of contact for The WorkPac Group, we need your ability to deliver quality solutions and a great customer experience.

**What will your day look like?**
- Handling high volume inbound calls
- Strong focus on investigating and resolving queries
- Directing incoming requests to the relevant teams
- High-volume admin duties (database management & payroll enquiries)

In simple terms, as a Contact Centre Officer, no two days will be the same Yes, it’s a fast-paced environment, but guess what? We really like to have fun and celebrate success.
