YOUR OPPORTUNITY We are thrilled to be on the lookout for positive, energetic and motivated Contact Centre Team Members. We have multiple full time contract positions available ( 4-24 month max term contracts ) to join our friendly & supportive team Our Contact Centre operates Monday to Friday 8.00 am until 5.00 pm, on a rotating roster, which means free evenings and weekends "Flexible and Fulfilling" - typically aren't words you would associate with a Contact Centre role, but we are doing things differently here at Urban Utilities. WHAT WE HOPE YOU’LL BRING - Passion for providing outstanding customer service - Positive and open attitude, you will be disciplined and self-motivated - Exceptional at influencing, your relationship management skills will be vital to ensure that our customers feel special and leave every interaction with that 'wow' feeling - A solution-driven person who loves to work in a fast-paced team environment and resolve our customer's needs - Highly attentive to detail, excellent at multi-tasking and working across multiple computer programs simultaneously doesn't faze you - Your resourceful and optimistic attitude will help you provide up-to-date information on products and services over the phone and via our digital channels - Professional when engaging with customers from the moment contact is made In our Contact Centre, we're passionate not just about training and developing you for your role but nurturing, coaching, and developing our team members to be the best versions of themselves and setting them up for continued success. We want to support, motivate and inspire our team to achieve the best results for themselves, our customers and our communities. We achieve this by providing you with three weeks of training for the role, followed by dedicated support when going live with customers.
