Location: Brisbane, QLD

Reporting Line: Asset and Optimisation Manager

Key Responsibilities- Validate Work Order data, KPI metrics, processes, and information with ability to clearly articulate findings to the business to assist with decision making.- Develop data pipelines, data models and reporting solutions for both internal and external clients- Collaborate with key stakeholders to document processes and transaction workflows.- Manage the KPI dashboard and- Facilitating workshops and conducting interviews to establish an understanding of business processes and needs.- Creating detailed process documentation, process flows and diagrams using language that is understood by business teams.- Working closely with the KPI and Planning Engineer to evaluate and recommend appropriate process change and/or new technologies that may better support business needs.- Support monitoring and reporting of project deliverables.- Collaborate with Corporate IT to ensure that system changes or proposed solutions meet business requirements.- Identify change impacts resulting from process improvements or system implementations and provide input into change initiatives.- Support development of change management plans, including training materials and user documentation.- Support and conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to drive adoption of new processes and systems.- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented process and solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation.- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.- Contribute to the development and enhancement of business analysis methodologies, tools, and business templates.

About You- Degree qualified in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.- Experience with project management tools is desirable.- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, +2 years.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and demonstrated experience of working with Power BI- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation.- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.- Strong project management skills, with the ability to co-ordinate and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain processes clearly and concisely.- Prior experience in business integration / transformation initiatives, including project governance is desirable.- Excellent organisational and communication skills.- Agile and adaptable with the ability to re-prioritise according to business needs.- An affinity towards process and IT systems with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.- Adaptive to a dynamic environment, able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A proven ability to make balanced judgements using imperfect information.
