LME Care, a trusted disability support provider in Brisbane, is looking for dedicated and compassionate High Care Support Workers to join our team in Pallara and Forest Lake. As a High Care Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our mission to enhance the quality of life for individuals with high support needs. You will provide personalized care and assistance to clients, bring quality of life while maintaining their dignity and choice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide high-level personal care and support to clients with complex needs, including assistance with daily living activities
- Administer medications and support health-related tasks as per individual care plans
- Monitor and report on clients' health and well-being, addressing any concerns promptly
- Encourage and assist clients in activities that promote independence and personal growth
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Build positive relationships with clients, their families, and other professionals

**Requirements**:
**Mandatory**
- Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, or a related field
- Hoisting and Manual Handling experience
- Availability to work on a 24/7 roster including inactive sleepovers
- Communication and interpersonal skills with non verbal participants
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Current first aid and CPR certification
- Ability to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check and undergo a criminal record check

**Highly Desired**
- Proven experience working in high care support or complex needs environments
- Knowledge of the NDIS framework and person-centered approaches
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Compassionate and respectful approach to client care
