This Federal Government Intelligence Agency is a vital member of Australia’s national security community and oversees many functions including cyber security and foreign signals intelligence. Their mission is to protect Australia’s interests on both a national and international stage.
**Your new role**
This team is seeking 4 x experienced APS4/APS5 Entry Level Program Support Officers to undertake the following:
- Management and facilitation of Graduate and Entry Level Program Cohorts
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver on intended program outcomes
- Provide tailored advice to line areas in response to Entry Level Program queries
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to build strong working relationships
- Group mailbox management
- Accurate data entry and high attention to detail
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) along with the professionalism and maturity to build effective relationships with team members and both internal and external stakeholders.
- Be flexible in the approach to managing changing priorities in this fast paced and productive environment, along with the eagerness to learn and advance in a growing organisation.

- hold a security clearance at the Baseline level or higher
