**Marketing & Social Media Co-ordinator Role $55k - $60k including super**

Full Time or Part Time (salary pro rated) available.

Champainting is Australia’s First paint and sip studios with over 10 years’ of experience providing step-by-step fun art experiences to our guests. Operating across NSW and VIC, we facilitate public and private events for our guests throughout various studios and VIP locations.

About the role:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Marketing and Social Media Co-ordinator to assist in the development, execution, and delivery of digital marketing strategies to promote Champainting as the premier paint and sip experience.

This role will support and report to the Marketing Manager by performing a range of tasks including, but not limited to, digital marketing, website management, social media management, SEM and SEO management, content creation, promotions, advertising media, and communications.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Social Media**
- Designing brand-consistent marketing material and heightening public brand awareness
- Work with the Marketing Manager to plan and schedule content across all channels (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, Pinterest)
- Help maintain the social media calendar with upcoming trends and important topics in conjunction with the marketing calendar
- Analyse and interpret the data and insights and accordingly act on this information
- Work with the Marketing Manager to create and manage Facebook & Instagram ads
- Create content for social media platforms
- Monitor social media accounts for messages and comments and respond
- Report to the Marketing Manager with weekly reports of social media metrics and performance

**Google**
- Setup, manage and optimise Google Adword campaigns
- Analyse the data to maximise the ROI on each dollar spent
- Manage the Google Adwords budget and return a positive ROI
- Work with the Marketing Manager for adhoc campaigns

**Marketing Support to the Marketing Manager**
- Creation of EDMs to send to the database
- Updating website content where needed
- Assist the Marketing Manager with franchise marketing needs where applicable
- At times you may be required to assist with other responsibilities such as booking enquiries and general office admin duties.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 2 years experience in Google Adwords management
- Minimum 2 years experience in Facebook Ads management
- Experience with Google Analytics and other Google Platforms
- Experience with online content creation with excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Experience in Photo editing software, and video editing software. Canva experience is essential.
- Knowledge of art preferred but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
