**About our Role**:
**This role is full-time and availability must be**:

- Monday 10:00 - 6:00pm
- Tuesday 10:00 - 6:00pm
- Wednesday 10:00 - 6:00pm
- Friday 9:00 - 5:00pm
- Saturday 9:00 - 2:00pm
- Hours may vary according to client needs as we are personal service provider.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Meeting and greeting clients
- Taking incoming calls from both internal and external clients
- Coordinating consultation room bookings and maintaining new bookings for current clients.
- Provide general advice and sales attitude to new and current clients about Products and Services
- Close enquiry leads with a booking for over the phone and walk-in customers
- Cross selling services and products to current clients where possible
- Assisting with online social media marketing regarding clinic campaigns, services, products, developments, appropriate industry news and motivational/ trending updates.
- Communicating with online members/ followers
- Co-ordinate public relations events, news and interests to socialites and journalists
- Assist with website content creation and maintenance
- Attend internal and external seminars and workshops related to marketing and the cosmetic industry.

- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Clear and concise phone manner
- Ability to uphold a welcoming and professional presentation standard, including Uniform
- Attention to detail
- Maintain a clean working environment
- Always willing when assistance is required
- Maintain industry knowledge
- Maintain clinic products and services knowledge
- Maintain marketing strategy knowledge

**Salary**: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
