Whilst the major banks leverage this capability for their consumer and business clients, our B2B model focuses on enabling other banks, fintech’s and corporates to deliver innovative and competitive payment and digital solutions to their clients and customers.

**We are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to manage and enhance our relationships with investors, analysts, and other financial stakeholders.**

The Investor Relations Manager will ensure transparent, consistent, and effective communication of our financial performance, strategy, and market position to the investment community. In this role, you will have responsibility across four key areas:
**1) Investor Communications & Engagement**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Organise and manage investor meetings, Analyst briefings,
- Maintain relationships with key analysts, fund managers, and institutional investors to understand market sentiment.
- Develop and maintain investor databases, contact lists, and engagement records.

**2) Financial & Market Disclosure Management**
- Working with the Company Secretary, prepare and manage the company’s financial disclosures, including earnings reports, investor presentations, and annual reports.
- Ensure compliance with ASX regulatory requirements regarding financial disclosures and investor communications.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and approve investor-related materials.

**3) Internal Collaboration and Strategic Insights**
- Provide senior leadership with investor feedback, market insights, and competitive analysis to inform decision-making.
- Work closely with the finance, marketing, and legal teams to align messaging and financial reporting.
- Support the executive team in preparing for investor briefings, media engagements, and board meetings.
- Develop internal materials to educate employees on investor relations best practices and company performance.

**4) Performance Monitoring & Reporting**
- Track and analyse stock performance, investor sentiment, and shareholding patterns.
- Create periodic reports and dashboards summarising investor activity, financial performance, and key market insights.
- Assess the effectiveness of investor relations strategies and recommend improvements.
- Track and monitor competitor sets and stock index performances

**About You**
To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:

- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, investor relations, corporate finance, or a related area. Previous experience in a public company or financial services is advantageous
- In-depth knowledge of ASX regulatory requirements and compliance standards
- Extensive experience in preparing and managing financial disclosures, including earnings reports and investor presentations.
- Ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to assess the effectiveness of investor relations strategies and recommend improvements.
- Experience supporting executive teams in preparing for investor briefings, media engagements, and board meetings.
