This is an exciting time to join NRW Holdings as we are now seeking an experienced and service focussed **HRIS Administrator** to join our HR Systems team. This role will play a key part in maintaining accurate HR data, providing system support and contributing to continuous process improvements.

**Reporting to the HRIS & Reporting Lead you will be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Managing the HR Systems inbox, investigating issues, implementing fixes and responding as required
- Providing HR system support to the Human Resources and wider teams
- Supporting the HRIS Officer perform data quality audits and data fixes
- Maintaining accurate records within all HR systems
- Assisting the production of reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Analysing the HR Systems for continuous improvement
- Assisting management in identifying, analysing and recommending business process enhancements
- Creating test scenarios and support thorough testing of any system or process enhancements

**To be considered for this position it is preferrable to have**:

- Previous experience in a HR Systems role is highly desirable
- Experience using PayGlobal or similar system is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Excel (intermediate or advance level)
- Strong attention to detail, prioritisation and deadline focussed with flexibility to adjust when needed
- Strong problem-solving with data, systems and when interacting with customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication
