**What this opportunity involves**:
This is a part-time position and a wonderful opportunity for those seeking to progress in the commercial real estate industry. This role assists the head office-based Property Managers with the delivery of quality property management services across their portfolios, including commercial office, industrial and shopping centres around Adelaide.

**_Snapshot of the role:_**
- Accounts payable & receivable
- Undertaking monthly property inspections
- Assist the Property Managers with monitoring tenant arrears, monthly reporting, annual budgets and outgoing reconciliations
- Liaising with contractors, tenants, owners as required
- Lease administration
- General administration, filing and other office administrative and property related tasks as required

- Superior communication and client servicing skills
- Passion for quality - has an eye for detail to make sure the best delivery of services
- Be highly organised with strong time management and prioritising skills
- Previous accounts payable and receivable experience is highly desirable
- Previous property experience is preferable
